Even with his unique R&B and Jazz fusion of gospel, O'Neil Watson is poised to take on today's gospel music scene. Born and raised in St. Ann, Jamaica to parents Daphne and Earl, O'Neil's childhood was filled with an eclectic array of calypso, classical, pop and jazz. His ministry was birthed at the tender age of six as he was drawn to the choir. Recognizing O'Neil's love of music, his family encouraged him to pursue singing professionally. He performed in many musical productions and vocal competitions, winning several awards including the coveted Jamaican Cultural Development Commission Award for performing Arts.
